The People Developers are proud to be accredited to use a number of unique powerful and innovative tools for developing the effectiveness of individuals, teams and organisations. These emotional intelligence toolkits, as developed by JCA Occupational Psychologists, provide an in-depth framework for structuring coaching and leadership development activities. The Individual Effectiveness™, Team Effectiveness™ and Organisational Effectiveness™ psychometric products access the feelings, attitudes and self-concepts that drive human behaviour, improve performance and create productivity. By working at a deep level, these tools have a high impact on people's self-awareness, and promote self-directed and sustained personal development.
Belbin Team Roles
Belbin Team Roles describe a pattern of behaviour that characterises one person's behaviour in relationship to another in facilitating the progress of a team. The value of Belbin team-role theory lies in enabling an individual or team to benefit from self-knowledge and adjust according to the demands being made by the external situation. The nine Team Roles can be adopted naturally by the various personality types found among people at work. The People Developers are an accredited provider of the Belbin Team Roles intervention.
OPP - Myers Briggs Type Indicator
Understanding how your people work, and helping them understand how their personal style interacts with that of their colleagues, is an essential building block of creating a dynamic team. With more than 3.5 million questionnaires completed worldwide every year, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire is the most widely used personality questionnaire in the world. It is based on over 50 years of research and development. The People Developers are trained and licensed to facilitate the use of the MBTI questionnaire and practical exercises

The People Developers are proud to be associated with the Springboard Consultancy. The Springboard Consultancy is one of the UK's leading training consultancies specialising in personal and professional development and training and with a network of highly skilled trainers across a further 20 countries around the globe. The People Developers present a number of Springboard Consultancy programmes such as Springboard - the award-winning personal and work development programme mainly for non-management women, Navigator - the personal and work development programme mainly for non-management men, Spring Forward - the course for women and men who have already done some work on their own development and want to continue their progress and Fresh Steps - the new personal and work development programme for older workers.
Learning Partnerships
The People Developers are proud to work in partnership with Learning Partnerships of Kendal, Cumbria. Learning Partnerships is a successful leadership and change development consultancy. Since starting in 1990, they have offered consultancy services to organisations in the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and North America. Central to learning partnerships work is creating leadership for change and development. Assignments have included organisation-wide initiatives, supporting the strategic development of people, leadership and team development, and coaching to support the implementation of learning and change.
The Institute for Outdoor Learning
The Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL) encourages outdoor learning by developing quality, safety and opportunity to experience outdoor activity provision and by supporting and enhancing the good practice of those who work in the outdoors. The People Developers are a member of IOL and relate to the Institutes' policies and ethics when adopting Fresh Air Thinking approaches.
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the professional body for those involved in the management and development of people. The aim of the CIPD is to lead in the development and promotion of good practice in the field of the management and development of people, for application both by professional members and by their organisational colleagues. Many of the the People Developers are members of the CIPD at various levels.
