Institute for Leadership and Management

The People Developers are going through the process of being accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) with a view to presenting two Management Development modules from September 2008. The two modules - Team Leading and First Line Management will ultimately add value to our Management and Leadership operations.
The ILM is the UK's premier management organisation. ILM partner with individuals and employers to improve leadership and management performance through a flexible range of learning and development solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for The People Developers to combine their knowledge and experience of management training with formally accredited training within a reputable qualification framework.

Navigator Personal Development Programme for Men - Taster Event - WEDNESDAY 10th SEPTEMBER 2008 @ the University of Stirling

Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA)

The People Developers were invited by the Learning and Development unit at SEPA, to act as training consultants for the introduction of a new training suite at Perth office. The role was to advise members of the Learning and Development team about content, cascading of information to other trainers within SEPA and ot conduct a structured debrief about the effectiveness of a proposed trainer's induction event (To allow for the use of the suite). Positive results collated from two pilot events ensured that the Learning and Development team received positive, relevant and informative feedback.

Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) Land Policy Unit

The People Developers were invited by the Learning and Development unit at SEPA, to act as training consultants for a team develoment event for the Land Policy Unit. The main focus of the event was to refocus on business objectives and get to know team membes better. The use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator asssited with team members getting to now each other better.
