Emotional Intelligence

The People Developers are accredited to use an emotional intelligence (Ei) model for developing the effectiveness of Managers and Leaders. The Ei - Individual Effectiveness™ psychometric product, as developed by JCA Occupational Psychologists, provides an in-depth framework for structuring coaching and leadership development activities. The model accesses the feelings, attitudes and self-concepts that drive human behaviour, improve performance and create productivity. By working at a deep level, the model can have a high impact on a Manager's or Leader's self-awareness, and promote self-directed and sustained personal development.

Learning Partnerships

The People Developers are proud to work in partnership with Learning Partnerships of Kendal, Cumbria. Learning Partnerships is a successful leadership and change development consultancy. Since starting in 1990, they have offered consultancy services to organisations in the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and North America. Central to Learning Partnerships' work is creating leadership for change and development. Assignments have included organisation- wide initiatives, supporting the strategic development of people, leadership and team development, and coaching to support the implementation of learning and change.

Institute of Leadership and Management

The People Developers are going through the process of being accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) with a view to presenting a number a management development modules from September 2008. This partnership will ultimately add value to our Management and Leadership operations.

The ILM is the UK's premier management organisation. ILM partner with individuals and employers across the world to improve leadership and management performance through their flexible range of learning and development solutions.
