About The People Developers
We are a learning and development training operation with a focus on the development of people and teams. We use a variety of indoor and outdoor experiential learning exercises and activities to assist with creating conditions that match the learning and development needs of clients. Our mission is to help people to work together well throughout organisations, in teams and as individuals - through the process of learning.
We draw upon a group of professional associate trainers who are experienced in team development, human resources development and management and leadership coaching.

- Peter Braidwood

Peter has over 20 years of experience in development training and specialises in team building, people management and creative work approaches. Peter is the owner of the People Developers and a Chartered FCIPD.

- Mike Cambray

- Rory McIntyre
Rory is currently employed as Training Co-ordinator at the Scottish Police College. Rory was in the Black Watch for 24 years where he gained experience in the delivery of outdoor team development for various teams and young recruits.
- Louise Braidwood
Louise is an enthusiastic people-person and has brought positive development to many peoples lives. Louise currently specialises in Health and Physical Education. Despite always being busy, Louise always finds time to assist her big brother, Peter, with People Development initiatives.
- Peter Farr
